Why this site exists
We went and read 515 advertised prices off 203 sellers' own pages, one at a time, over 42 days in September 2026. Here is what that turned up: only 323 of them are a plain monthly rate you can simply pay. The other 192 carry a condition the advertised figure does not state — a “from” price for the smallest dose, a first month that rises, a per-month number you can only get by paying for six. 151 of the 203 would not name a verifiable pharmacy category at all. None of that is knowable from a comparison table someone else compiled, which is why this site does the slow version: read the seller's own page, record the URL and the date, and print what was actually there — including when what was there was nothing.
What we cover
8 ranked boards — sermorelin, tirzepatide, semaglutide, NAD+, Glutathione, PT-141, GHK-Cu and combined weight loss injections — and the telehealth companies that prescribe and price them. Peptide therapy is wider than this and we intend to cover more of it, but a board is only worth publishing once every price on it has been read off the seller's own page and dated — so the roster grows at the speed that work actually takes, and this page lists what exists rather than what is planned.
Who writes it
A small team of 3 editors, split by what each piece is actually about — pricing and provider disclosures, the clinical evidence behind a compound, or how these therapies play out for women specifically — rather than one person writing everything. The job is the same for all of it and mostly unglamorous: find the actual trial, read what it measured, work out whether the outcome anyone cares about was measured at all, and write down the answer even when the answer is “nobody has tested this”. No company that sells any of this has written, reviewed, edited or seen a word of it before publication, and nobody outside the masthead contributes copy. How the work is done
Every provider price was read off that provider's own public page on a date we record, and “pricing not published” is printed as the finding rather than filled in with an estimate. Where a claim rests on animal or mechanism data, it is labeled separately from anything shown in people. Where a provider has a commercial relationship with us, it is placed first on a ranked list and labeled as such rather than disguised — the assessment printed beside each provider is what a commission cannot buy.
