How these rankings are built
Ranked boards weigh whether a provider names its compounding pharmacy and states a federal regulatory category before they weigh price — the full rule is printed on each board. Budget pages apply no editorial judgment at all: they sort on the real month-to-month cost and nothing else. Where we are paid, the row says so.
