There is no approved product or dosing standard behind this calculator
Tirzepatide and sermorelin each have a real, FDA-approved brand-name product — Zepbound and Geref — whose own label states fixed dose strengths, which is what our other molecule calculators cite directly. BPC-157 has never had one. It has never carried an FDA-approved application of any kind, and it is a different case from retatrutide, too: retatrutide is at least an investigational drug moving through a pharmaceutical company's FDA-regulated trial pipeline with human data on file, while BPC-157 has no sponsor and no comparable human clinical development program behind it. Most of what has been published on it is animal-model research — gut, tendon and ligament repair in rodents — not the kind of human dosing evidence a label is built from.
It is also not a settled question whether a compounding pharmacy may legally prepare BPC-157 at all: FDA has reviewed it for its list of bulk substances that present significant safety risks, and that classification has continued to change over time rather than settling into a stable, approved status. There is consequently no FDA-set vial strength, no agency-reviewed dosing schedule, and no fixed legal baseline to check a vial against — and that baseline can shift again after this page is published.
What the tool below actually does is narrower than that context might suggest: it takes the vial size, diluent volume, and dose you type in and returns the concentration and draw volume that arithmetic implies — nothing more. It cannot confirm that a particular vial is what its label claims, that the dose you enter is appropriate for you, that it is currently legal for a pharmacy to have compounded it, or that the product you drew that number from came from a legitimate source. A correct-looking syringe reading is not evidence that any of those things are true.
