This tool does one job: arithmetic. Tell it how much peptide is in your vial, how much diluent you added, and the dose your prescriber told you to take — it converts that into a concentration, a draw volume, and where that volume lands on a standard insulin syringe. It does not tell you what dose to take. That number always comes from your prescriber, typed in by you.
Math, not medical advice
Every number this calculator outputs is basic division: milligrams divided by milliliters, and milliliters multiplied by 100 to read as insulin-syringe units. It never suggests a starting dose, a “typical” amount, or a titration schedule — those fields are things you type in, never something the tool assumes for you. Where a molecule page below shows an FDA-approved product's labeled dose strengths, that is presented as what the brand-name label states, not as guidance for what a compounded dose should be.
What you get
Resulting concentration in mg/mL, the exact volume to draw in mL, that volume read as units on a standard U-100 insulin syringe, and a visual syringe barrel with the fill line marked — so you can check your work before you draw anything up, not just read a number off a form.
