Follistatin-344 reconstitution calculator
Type in a vial size, the diluent volume you added, and a dose figure — the calculator below converts those three numbers into a concentration, a draw volume, and a syringe reading. Read the real published safety finding below before you use it — it is directly tied to this exact product.
A real published case series links this exact product to an eye condition
A peer-reviewed 2020 case series found central serous chorioretinopathy — a retinal condition causing decreased visual acuity — in 11 male bodybuilders, all of whom had "a history of injecting complete 1 mg vials of follistatin-344 subcutaneously in the abdomen." Ten had unilateral disease, one bilateral; three with a history of multiple injections developed recurrent cases. The study's own conclusion: "Follistatin-344 injection can be considered as a risk factor for CSCR."
Separately, independent doping-control laboratory testing of 17 real black-market "follistatin 344" products found only 9 actually contained follistatin — others contained substituted peptides including MGF and GHRP-2. There is no reliable way to confirm what is actually in a black-market vial from its label alone.
The only real, published, positive human evidence for follistatin-344 comes from gene therapy (a viral or plasmid vector making a patient's own cells produce the protein) — a fundamentally different product from the injected recombinant protein this calculator models. No FDA-approved follistatin product exists in any form.
What the tool below actually does is narrower than that context might suggest: it takes the vial size, diluent volume, and dose you type in and returns the concentration and draw volume that arithmetic implies — nothing more. It cannot confirm what is actually in the vial you have.
