“Sellers” counts those with a monthly price. The rest of each list prices per vial, give no billing period, or publish no price, so there is no month to quote. Every row, with its date, is on the pricing index.
How often is the advertised price what you actually pay?
342 of 589 advertised prices (58%) are a plain monthly rate. The rest are a “from” figure, a first month that rises, a monthly rate that needs months paid up front, or another condition.

How this report is built
- Who is in it. Every seller listed for any of the 7 compounds on PeptideRank: 594 listings from 204 sellers.
- Where prices come from. The seller's own public website, read on the date stored with each price, never an affiliate landing page.
- Monthly price. The lowest monthly price a seller advertises for that compound, plus any required membership fee. A 4-week or 12-week price is converted to a month. First-month promotions are not used.
- What is left out of the medians. Per-vial prices, prices with no billing period, and sellers that publish no price. They are counted, not estimated.
- Price conditions and pharmacy category. The same counts as the price and pharmacy transparency reports. A seller is counted as stating a category only when its own page states it.
- How it updates. Every figure is recomputed from the price record each time the site is published, and the report is reissued each quarter. Rules for checking prices are in our editorial policy.
