The bottom line
Empower Pharmacy is a genuinely different kind of entry on this roster: a licensed 503A compounding pharmacy and 503B outsourcing facility that states its own regulatory status more directly than any reseller on either board — but it runs no telehealth program at all. Its own "Getting Started" page for patients requires a prescription from a provider you already have ("Visit a provider... schedule an appointment with your preferred provider") before Empower ever enters the picture, and it publishes no price anywhere on its public site; a figure exists only once an actual prescription is on file. It compounds both products this site ranks — Tirzepatide ODT and Sermorelin Acetate Injection — which is why it earns a normal board row rather than a standalone write-up, unlike Form Health (see that review).

A good fit if
- You already have a prescription from your own doctor and specifically want it filled by a named 503A/503B compounding pharmacy rather than an unnamed 'partner pharmacy.'
- You want the most directly self-identified compounder on either board — Empower states its own regulatory status in its own words, sitewide, rather than describing a third party.
- You want to pay cash, FSA, or HSA rather than route a compounded prescription through insurance, which Empower does not accept anyway.
Look elsewhere if
- You do not already have a prescription and were hoping to get one here — Empower runs no consult, telehealth visit, or prescriber-matching service of any kind; its own site sends you to "your preferred provider" first.
- You want to compare price against the other rows on this board — Empower publishes no dollar figure anywhere on its public site, so there is nothing to compare.

The pharmacy
IS the pharmacy — the most direct self-identification on either board. Empower states plainly, on its own tirzepatide-ODT product page, that the medication is "available exclusively through our 503A compounding pharmacy, which dispenses each prescription pursuant to a patient-specific prescription," and separately, sitewide, that it operates as both "a 503A compounding pharmacy and 503B outsourcing facility." Unlike Precision Telemed (which names a third-party pharmacy, Rush Pharmacy) and Found (which states a category without naming a vendor), Empower is not describing a supplier — it is the compounder itself.
Oversight

Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and a 503A pharmacy compounds for a named patient while a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not.

Ships to "all 50 states* directly to patients and clinics," per Empower's own FAQ, but with real, stated exclusions: no patient-specific (503A) prescriptions ship to Alabama, Arkansas, Kansas, or Oklahoma, and no 503B office-use product ships to California or Mississippi. Not a clean all-50-states claim, and not "not published" either — a checked, partial-exclusion finding.

Empower markets to "I am a Patient" as one of three site personas, but its own "Getting Started" page for patients requires a prescription you must already have from a provider elsewhere — "Visit a provider... schedule an appointment with your preferred provider" comes before Empower enters the picture at all, and the site never explains how a reader with no existing prescriber would use the "Patient" option it prominently offers. Separately, it does not accept insurance at all, so even an insured reader pays cash, FSA, or HSA for whatever price a pharmacist eventually quotes against the filed prescription.
