The verdict
Precision Telemed is still the only company on either board that names its actual compounding pharmacy — Rush Pharmacy — repeated in nearly identical language on both its sermorelin and tirzepatide pages, alongside a stated 503A category. On the tirzepatide board specifically, Found also states a 503A category for its own pharmacy, but without naming a specific vendor the way Precision Telemed does. Precision Telemed backs an unqualified all-50-states claim and a stated "no lock-in, cancel anytime" term on its sermorelin page, and bundles a free workout plan into every program. Set against that: the ongoing price runs higher than the cheapest of its competitors' advertised floors, and the number on the sign-up screen is not the number you pay from month two.
