Plans run in 4-, 12-, 24- and 52-week lengths, so a "month" is four weeks. Sermorelin and NAD+ are $99/month, listed on Embody's separate sermorelin and NAD+ pages rather than its main site, under the same "LIMITED FALL SALE" banner.

Named. Embody's site lists four partner pharmacies: Red Rock Compounding Pharmacy, Health Warehouse, Precision Medicine and Triad Rx. Its FAQ says compounded medications are "prepared by state-licensed 503A compounding pharmacies," but doesn't tie that category to each pharmacy by name.
What's the difference between 503A and 503B?
A 503A pharmacy compounds for one named patient; a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved.

Every state except Louisiana, going by its intake: the state menu lists all 50 plus the District of Columbia, and choosing Louisiana brings up "Unfortunately, the state of Louisiana does not allow compounded medications." Its Terms say only "certain states," with the list available from customer service. SnagRx, run by the same company, states the same Louisiana exclusion in its FAQ.
