It sells compounded tirzepatide, compounded sermorelin, and compounded semaglutide via telehealth, with free shipping, a genuinely workable self-service cancellation flow, and four named partner pharmacies (RedRock Pharmacy, Health Warehouse, Precision Compounding Pharmacy, Triad Rx) in its own Terms of Service — more specific pharmacy disclosure than most of this roster gives. Its own /weight-loss page literally headlines a section "Compounded GLP-1, Priced Honestly" directly above a pricing table that undercuts the claim: the advertised "As low as $199/mo" tirzepatide and "From $129" sermorelin figures are each the site's own 12-month prepay rate, not what a no-commitment subscriber actually pays — the real month-to-month price is $279/mo and $199/mo. Lttl's own Shipping & Delivery page states a materially longer real timeline: "Most orders are processed by the partner pharmacy within 2–5 business days after a prescription is issued," and then "Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after the order leaves the pharmacy" — 5 to 12 business days from prescription to delivery, not 48 hours. Its own FAQ independently states the identical longer window ("Most orders ship within 2–5 business days after a prescription is issued and arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping"). Its own Terms of Service ("25. Delivery Policy") states a THIRD figure: the medication "will typically be shipped within 48 business hours" of approval — which describes only the ship date, not the arrival date the sitewide banner's "48 hours" implies to a shopper reading it. A FOURTH figure appears on the Sermorelin product page itself: "Free, temperature-controlled shipping in 1–2 days." Four of Lttl's own live pages, checked the same session, state four different shipping timelines for the same order.
