What they advertise
The weight-loss page advertises compounded tirzepatide "As low as $199/mo" and compounded semaglutide "As low as $129/mo"; the sermorelin page advertises "From $129." None of the three figures is labeled "12-month prepay" anywhere near the number itself.
What you actually pay
$279/mo tirzepatide, $199/mo semaglutide, $199/mo sermorelin — each the site's own "Flexible. Pay as you go." tier, or "Monthly Auto-Refill" in sermorelin's case. Tirzepatide's is the easy one: it is printed in the "Clear, upfront pricing" table on the weight-loss page itself ("$279" / "$279/mo every month"). Semaglutide's takes more work. That same table's Semaglutide row shows "$229/mo" — but $229 is what the site's own plans catalog lists for the separate oral ODT tablet, not the injectable. The injectable's own plan data gives its real rate: "Flexible. Pay as you go.", $199, billed as "$199/mo every month". Sermorelin's real rate isn't on its product page at all; it sits in the plans page's own pricing-quiz data — same tier label, $199, "$199/mo every month". Glutathione starts at $79 a month on that same pay-as-you-go tier.
Money you will meet later
- Shipping is advertised as free ("No contracts · Free shipping · Cancel anytime"), but four of the site's own live pages give four different, mutually inconsistent delivery timelines — see the knock.
- Consultation fees are non-refundable once a provider has reviewed your intake, whether or not you end up with a prescription.

The bottom line
Lttl (The Commerce Group Holdings, LLC) operates at lttl.com — not lttl.co, an unrelated resort-wear store that is easy to land on by mistake. It sells compounded tirzepatide, compounded sermorelin and compounded semaglutide, with free shipping, a cancellation flow that actually works, and four partner pharmacies named in its Terms of Service: RedRock Pharmacy, Health Warehouse, Precision Compounding Pharmacy, Triad Rx. That is more than most of the providers here gives you. Then its weight-loss page headlines a section "Compounded GLP-1, Priced Honestly" directly above a table that undercuts the claim — the advertised "As low as $199/mo" tirzepatide and "From $129" sermorelin are both 12-month prepay rates, and month to month you pay $279 and $199. The site also can't agree with itself about shipping. A sitewide banner promises "shipped within 48 hours"; three other live pages each state a longer timeline, and a different one from each other.

- A cancellation flow that actually works matters to you — you can cancel from your account or by email, with a 30-day billing-error window and a 7-day damaged-shipment window, not an empty "CANCEL" page or an unfilled legal clause.
- You want more than one pharmacy named — the Terms of Service name four, with street addresses and phone numbers.
- You're comparing month-to-month prices and will read past the "As low as"/"From" headline — the real no-prepay rate is right there in the table, in the row labeled "Flexible. Pay as you go."

- You're pricing Lttl off its hero figure — "$199/mo" tirzepatide and "$129" sermorelin are both the 12-month prepay rate, and month to month runs $80–$100 higher.

Named, but never classified. Lttl's Terms of Service ("11. Pharmacy and Fulfillment; Shipping; Packaging") name four partner pharmacies with street addresses and phone numbers — RedRock Pharmacy, Health Warehouse, Precision Compounding Pharmacy, Triad Rx — more than most providers here give you. Neither "503A" nor "503B" appears anywhere on the site: not on the homepage, the Terms of Service, Shipping & Delivery, Returns & Refunds, Insurance & Pricing, the FAQ, About Us, the plans page, or either product page.
What's the difference between 503A and 503B?
A 503A pharmacy compounds for one named patient; a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved.

The part they would rather you skipped
A banner at the top of every page — rendered twice per page load — says flatly, "Prescribed and shipped within 48 hours." Lttl's own Shipping & Delivery page says something much longer: "Most orders are processed by the partner pharmacy within 2–5 business days after a prescription is issued," then "Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days after the order leaves the pharmacy." That is 5 to 12 business days from prescription to doorstep, not 48 hours. The FAQ states the same longer window ("Most orders ship within 2–5 business days after a prescription is issued and arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping"). The Terms of Service ("25. Delivery Policy") give a third figure: medication "will typically be shipped within 48 business hours" of approval — a ship date, not the arrival date the banner implies to anyone reading it. The Sermorelin product page gives a fourth: "Free, temperature-controlled shipping in 1–2 days." Four live pages, four different answers to the same question.
- The hero prices on its weight-loss and sermorelin pages ("As low as $199/mo," "From $129") are both the 12-month prepay tier, not the month-to-month rate ($279/mo and $199/mo).
- Its LegitScript badge is a self-hosted image rather than one served from LegitScript, and it links to LegitScript's generic, reCAPTCHA-gated checker form instead of a certified result for lttl.com.
- Four pharmacies are named with addresses, and not one is tied to a federal category (503A or 503B).
- The desktop Semaglutide pricing table ($229/$199/$179/$159 across four tiers) doesn't match what the site's own pricing data holds for that product ($199/$169/$149/$129) — it matches the separate oral ODT semaglutide exactly. The site is displaying one product's prices under another's name.
