Where a specific state's law or venue is required to resolve a dispute, that state will be identified at the time — this Site does not currently designate a state of incorporation or registered venue.

Before filing a claim in court, we ask that you first contact us at hello@peptiderank.org so we can try to resolve the dispute informally. Nothing in this section limits either party's right to seek relief in a court of competent jurisdiction where informal resolution is not possible.
