What the FDA-approved product's own label states
Tirzepatide's FDA-approved, brand-name products (Zepbound and Mounjaro) ship as fixed single-dose pens in six strengths: 2.5 mg, 5 mg, 7.5 mg, 10 mg, 12.5 mg, and 15 mg, each in 0.5 mL — read directly off Zepbound's own DailyMed structured product label. That is a description of the branded product's dosage forms, not a recommendation for what a compounded dose should be: compounded tirzepatide is typically sold as a multi-dose vial at a pharmacy-specific concentration, which is exactly the kind of vial-plus-diluent arithmetic the calculator above works out.
