RxSpan MD (rxspanmd.com) is a LegitScript-certified telehealth catalog with unusual range: compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide in injection, oral capsule and dissolving-tablet form, plus sermorelin, NAD+, PT-141, GHK-Cu, glutathione and gonadorelin. Prescribing runs through Lion MD, and it publishes two prescribers' NPIs on its own homepage — Dr. Ana Lisa Carr (1689841744) and Dr. Kelly Tenbrink (1346482684) — which almost nobody here does. Its founder, Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. John Diaz, fronts the brand but is not the prescribing director. Where it gets interesting is the money. Every price in the weight-loss funnel carries the subscript "(For the first month)," the plan selector's default state produces "Total if prescribed $657" rather than the $249 a reader sees first, and billing runs every four weeks rather than monthly — thirteen charges a year, not twelve, which turns a "$249/mo" plan into $3,237 annually instead of $2,988.

Who it is for, and who it is not
A good fit if

What never appears is a category — "503" is absent from the site and from both of its own JSON APIs, so there is no 503A, no 503B and no outsourcing-facility language anywhere. The names are joined to each other and to nothing else; no pharmacy is tied to any particular compound.
What's the difference between 503A and 503B?
A 503A pharmacy compounds for one named patient; a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved.

Section 7 says only that you agree to pay. Meanwhile the checkout promises you can cancel or change plans anytime and the FAQ says there are no long-term commitments. Those are assurances with nothing behind them, and they sit directly above prepay plans that take up to $3,228 in a single charge.
