Honest pricing and a real 503A claim — but it isn't in all 50 states, whatever it says.
Enhance MD does two things most of its competitors won't: it says outright that its medication is compounded under Section 503A, and it shows all four price tiers side by side instead of advertising the cheapest and hiding the rest. Two catches. It doesn't serve ten states, despite claiming all 50. And it bills every 28 days, so you pay 13 times a year.

The bottom line
Enhance MD sells compounded tirzepatide, semaglutide and NAD+, and it is unusually straight about the things this category usually blurs. Every product page states the medication is compounded under Section 503A. All four term lengths are published together — $329 a month for tirzepatide with no commitment, down to $280 if you pay for a year — so you can see what the discount actually costs you in flexibility. Three pharmacies are named. Where it slips is coverage and billing: the FAQ opens with "licensed in all 50 states" and then lists 40, and charges land every 28 days rather than monthly.

Every product page says the medication is "compounded in accordance with federal Section 503A guidelines" — no hedging. Three pharmacies fill orders: Tru Meds Rx (Beauty Empower Rx, LLC), Strive Pharmacy and Pharmacy Hub. What it never says is which one fills yours, or which of the three holds the 503A license.
What's the difference between 503A and 503B?
A 503A pharmacy compounds for one named patient; a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved.

The other catch is billing: it recurs every 28 days rather than monthly, so a price quoted "/mo" charges you 13 times a year, not 12.
