The catch — Every per-month price is the protocol total divided by three, but a ten-week protocol is 2.3 months, not three. To Live Vital's credit the protocol total is printed on the page for every product — with one exception. Retatrutide, the only product here with no approval of any kind, is also the only one whose total is withheld.

What you actually pay
Roughly 30% more than advertised, because the protocols are ten weeks. Semaglutide is $299 per ten-week protocol, which is about $130/month rather than $99; tirzepatide is $549, about $239/month rather than $183. The pattern holds across all thirteen priced products.

The bottom line
Live Vital (livevital.io, a Utah company) sells compounded peptides and GLP-1s prescribed by a single named physician, Dr. Patrick Taylor, who is presented as personally reviewing every intake. Its catalog is unusually broad — semaglutide, tirzepatide, tesamorelin, BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu, NAD+, glutathione, MOTS-c, CJC-1295/ipamorelin and three blends — and it also sells retatrutide, an investigational molecule still in Phase 3 trials. Its own pages are candid that retatrutide is not approved, which is more than many would say. What they then call it is the problem: four separate times, the site describes prescribing it as "off-label." Off-label describes an approved drug used for a purpose outside its label. Retatrutide has no approval for any purpose, so there is no label to be off — and the phrase makes an unapproved investigational compound sound like a routine clinical judgment.

What its own site says
No pharmacy is ever named. The strongest statement is that products are prepared by a licensed US compounding pharmacy regulated by state boards, and no facility category appears anywhere. That absence carries more weight here than it usually would, because its own Peptide Therapy Consent asks the patient to accept that sole responsibility for sterility, potency and safety lies with those pharmacies. The patient is asked to accept liability sitting with a party they are never told the identity of.
What's the difference between 503A and 503B?
A 503A pharmacy compounds for one named patient; a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved.

Its footer, homepage and FAQ all claim all fifty states. Its Terms say something narrower — that services are available to residents of Utah and to patients nationwide where telehealth is permitted — and put the burden on the patient to represent that they are somewhere it is authorized to operate.
The honest cons
The part they would rather you skipped
Three of its products — retatrutide, semaglutide and tirzepatide — exist in its sitemap and load fine, and appear in neither its treatments listing nor its footer menu. A visitor browsing the site cannot reach them; only a search engine or a direct link can. Yet the pricing answer on its public homepage quotes a range topping out at $299, which is the retatrutide price, a figure matching nothing a browsing reader can find. The drug with the weakest regulatory footing is the one you cannot navigate to, whose total price is withheld, and whose number nonetheless sets the top of the advertised range.
