The catch — The word "monthly". The cards read "Monthly Plan" and "shipped every 4 weeks", and WellMedR's own billing policy says its recurring plan "renews every 21 calendar days. It is not a calendar-month plan", with up to 18 charges in the first year. The policy also says the amount and renewal schedule shown at checkout are the ones that apply, so read that screen before you pay.

A 503A pharmacy compounds for one named patient; a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved.
