Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and a 503A pharmacy compounds for a named patient while a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not.

• The standing sermorelin price ($219/mo) is double the advertised first-month rate ($109) — a real, disclosed but substantial gap.
• No pharmacy is named and no 503A/503B category is stated anywhere on the site.
• Its Terms of Service reserve a broad right to cancel orders or terminate accounts "at our sole discretion."
