The catch — The bundle discounts are computed against the first-month price repeated, which is not a price anyone can pay twice. Semaglutide's 3-month bundle is $477 and claims "Save $60" (against 3 × $179); measured against what it would really cost month to month — $179 + $279 + $279 = $737 — it saves $260, so the label understates it. Tirzepatide's 3-month bundle runs the same arithmetic to the opposite result: $859 claiming "Save $68" against 3 × $209, when month to month is $209 + $319 + $319 = $847. The bundle costs $12 more, and it is the one badged "Popular."

What you actually pay
$319/mo for tirzepatide and $279/mo for semaglutide — the "regular price" printed beside each product's own first-month teaser. $199/mo for sermorelin injection, the rate its own 1-Month plan says it renews at; $119/mo for the oral ODT. Its GHK-Cu topical runs $149 a month.

Bodybuilding Health+ (Dynamo Group LLC, Boca Raton, FL) is a real, LegitScript-certified telehealth brand operating under the Bodybuilding.com umbrella — its own login link routes to care.bodybuilding.com, and its LegitScript seal (ID 49944900) resolves at LegitScript's own registry. It sells compounded tirzepatide, compounded semaglutide, and compounded sermorelin (injection and oral ODT) off dedicated product pages. Its GLP-1 pricing follows a disclosed-but-easy-to-miss teaser pattern: a "first month" price sits beside an explicit "regular price" that's 40-55% higher ($209 → $319 for tirzepatide, $179 → $279 for semaglutide) — at least the standing rate is printed on the same page, unlike peers that omit it entirely. The multi-month bundles are where it goes wrong: every "Save $X" label is figured against the first-month price repeated, a price nobody can pay twice. On semaglutide that understates the real discount; on tirzepatide it invents one, and the 3-month bundle badged "Save $68" actually costs $12 more than paying month to month. It names four dispensing pharmacies outright — more than most — but assigns no 503A/503B category to any of them, and its homepage claim to serve "all 50 U.S. states" contradicts its own Terms of Use.

- You want a checkable trust badge from a recognizable brand — Bodybuilding Health+'s own LegitScript seal resolves directly, and its Bodybuilding.com affiliation is confirmed by its own login link.
- You want to know who fills the prescription before you buy — it names Belmar Pharmacy, Strive Pharmacy, Epiq Scripts and Casa Pharma Rx, with phone numbers, which most providers here will not do.
- You're comparing tirzepatide or semaglutide prices and want the standing rate printed on the same page as the promo, even if it takes a second look to find it.
- You want a plain, no-prepay 1-Month plan option on every product, including sermorelin.
Look elsewhere if
- You trust a "Save $X" label — on tirzepatide the 3-month bundle carries one and still costs more than paying month to month.

What its own site says
Named, and uncategorized. Its homepage FAQ lists four: "We are proudly partnered with premier pharmacies: Belmar Pharmacy (800-525-9473), Strive Pharmacy (855-405-5993), Epiq Scripts (833-654-3553), and Casa Pharma Rx (877-937-6868)." The same block names the prescribing group, Lion MD. Naming four with phone numbers puts it ahead of most providers here — but neither "503A" nor "503B" appears anywhere on the site, so which category fills your order is still unstated, and none of its peptide product pages names a pharmacy at all. One of the four has an FDA warning letter on its record: Belmar Pharmacy trades as Belmar Pharma Solutions, sent a letter dated March 31, 2023 over adulterated compounded drug products, addressed to its CEO at the same Lakewood, Colorado address Belmar publishes. The inspection behind it was of a sister facility, Drug Depot LLC dba APS Pharmacy in Palm Harbor, Florida, not the Colorado compounding site — and FDA closed the letter out on October 30, 2023.
What's the difference between 503A and 503B?
A 503A pharmacy compounds for one named patient; a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved.

The part they would rather you skipped
Every "Save $X" label on Bodybuilding Health+'s bundles is calculated against the first-month price multiplied out — a price nobody can pay more than once. On semaglutide that arithmetic is merely wrong in the customer's favor: the 3-month bundle at $477 is labeled "Save $60" against 3 × $179, when paying month to month at its own printed rates ($179 first month, $279 after) would cost $737, so the real saving is $260. On tirzepatide the identical method manufactures a discount that does not exist. The 3-month bundle bills $859 and is labeled "Save $68" against 3 × $209 — but month to month is $209 + $319 + $319 = $847, so the bundle costs $12 MORE, and it is the one the page badges "Popular" and preselects. A reader who trusts the label pays extra for the privilege of committing three months upfront.
