What you actually pay, month to month
Tirzepatide: $325/month (injectable) or $239/month (oral), stated directly on the same page via a separate, distinctly-priced "30 DAY SUPPLY" checkout SKU — a real disclosed figure, not derived. That same panel on both pages carries identical, non-reconciling text ("Just $6.63 to help accelerate your weight loss journey" — $6.63 × 30 = $198.90, matching neither $325 nor $239, but matching the OTHER, auto-refill price shown higher on the page). Sermorelin: no one-time price is published anywhere in dollars for either the injectable or oral format — Strut's own blog states only that "all auto-refills are discounted by 21%," a figure that does not match the 18% shown on the injectable product page itself.
The commitment trap
Auto-refill enrollment. On tirzepatide, the gap is disclosed on the same page (a separate SKU states the true one-time price). On sermorelin, no one-time price is disclosed anywhere on the live site — only Strut's own blog acknowledges a discount exists, without giving the true dollar figure it is discounted from.
Money you will meet later
- Its own Refund Policy (last modified September 21, 2021, nearly five years old) states plainly that once medication leaves the pharmacy, "we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds due to government regulations," and cancellation requests received after processing begins cannot be refunded.
- Subscriptions can be cancelled with 48 hours' notice before the next processing date, self-service via My Account, per its own FAQ.

Every figure here was read off Strut Health's own public pages on the date shown, not from a third-party comparison table.
The bottom line
Strut Health, LLC (Dallas, TX; founder/CEO Dr. Simal Patel, MD) is a real, live, multi-vertical telehealth platform selling compounded tirzepatide (injectable and oral) and compounded sermorelin (injectable and an oral lozenge/troche) — the third provider on this roster, after Fridays and EOS Health, confirmed to sell both boarded compounds directly. It ships to "all states except for Arkansas" per its own FAQ, and carries a real, checkable LegitScript seal. Two things pull the picture down hard. First: FDA issued Strut Health, LLC a warning letter (MARCS-CMS 721448, dated February 20, 2026) after reviewing struthealth.com in December 2025, citing product labels pictured on the site that identified "Strut" as if Strut itself compounded the drugs (it does not), and marketing claims — "Generic Zepbound, Mounjaro," "Tirzepatide is the active ingredient in the brand medications Zepbound® and Mounjaro®" — that FDA says falsely implied FDA approval or safety/effectiveness evaluation a compounded drug has not received, misbranding under FDCA §502(a)/§502(bb). A live check of the current site, roughly five and a half months after the letter, found neither the quoted phrase nor a "Strut"-branded product label on the pages and product images checked — the current tirzepatide vial image reads only "TIRZEPATIDE / MEDICAL WEIGHT MANAGEMENT COMPOUNDED MEDICATION / PRESCRIPTION ONLY" — which reads as at least partial remediation, though this was not an exhaustive site-wide sweep. Second: every product page on the site headlines an "Auto Refill" price framed as "As low as" or "Starting at." On the tirzepatide side, the gap is disclosed on the same page — a separate one-time-purchase panel a few lines down states the true 30-day price is $325 (injectable) or $239 (oral), 39% and 20% above the $199 auto-refill headline. On the sermorelin side — the product a competitor-directory lead actually named Strut Health for — neither product page discloses a one-time price in dollars anywhere at all; only the company's own blog acknowledges an auto-refill discount exists, and states a blanket "21%" figure that doesn't even match the "Save 18%" badge printed on the injectable sermorelin product page itself.

Its own Terms state, "Neither Strut nor Titan Medical Group endorses any specific medication, pharmacy, or pharmacologic product," naming Titan Medical Group as the separate clinical entity that actually writes prescriptions; its Telemedicine Consent page separately references an unnamed "Strut Health's partner pharmacy." Neither "503A" nor "503B" appears anywhere checked.

Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and a 503A pharmacy compounds for a named patient while a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not.

A published, near-nationwide claim: its own FAQ states directly, "As of September 2024, we can ship to all states except for Arkansas" — 49 of 50 states, one named exclusion, no further caveat. Dated by the company itself to September 2024, nearly two years old as of this research date.
The honest cons
The part they would rather you skipped
FDA issued Strut Health, LLC a warning letter (MARCS-CMS 721448, February 20, 2026, Center for Drug Evaluation and Research), addressed to "Simal Patel, MD, Chief Executive Officer, Strut Health, LLC dba Strut, 701 Commerce St, Dallas, TX 75202" — the identical name, title, and address independently found on struthealth.com's own pages, confirming the letter is genuinely about this company. The letter states FDA reviewed struthealth.com in December 2025 and found: (1) "The compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide products displayed on your website identify 'Strut' on the pictured label, suggesting Strut is the compounder of those drugs when in fact it is not"; and (2) the site carried the claims "Generic Zepbound, Mounjaro," "Semaglutide is the active ingredient in the brand medications," and "Tirzepatide is the active ingredient in the brand medications Zepbound® and Mounjaro®" — claims FDA says falsely imply FDA approval or safety/effectiveness evaluation a compounded drug has not received, misbranding compounded drug products under FDCA §502(a) and §502(bb) [21 U.S.C. §§ 352(a), 352(bb)]. A live check of the current site (2026-08-03, roughly five and a half months after the letter) found neither the quoted "Generic Zepbound, Mounjaro" phrase nor a "Strut"-branded product label anywhere on the injectable/oral tirzepatide pages, the injectable/oral sermorelin pages, or the compounded-tirzepatide FAQ blog post — the current tirzepatide vial product image reads only "TIRZEPATIDE / MEDICAL WEIGHT MANAGEMENT COMPOUNDED MEDICATION / PRESCRIPTION ONLY," with no brand name on the label at all, and the product page's own small print correctly states, "Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and have not gone through FDA safety and efficacy review." This reads as at least partial remediation since the letter — but it was not an exhaustive sweep of every page and image on the site, so this stays a documented, dated regulatory finding, not a claim that the underlying issue is fully resolved everywhere.
