The catch — The headline is a twelve-month prepay presented as a monthly rate. Every price was checked at the cart rather than taken from the page — which is how a $120 discrepancy surfaced: its tirzepatide microdose page states a three-month total of $357 while the cart charges $477, the $357 being the semaglutide figure sitting on the wrong page.

Sermorelin is $139 month to month against a $99 six-month rate, and NAD+ is $119 against $89.

Better than most on the name and empty on the rest. Its Terms of Use name Precision Compounding Pharmacy with a full street address and telephone number, describing it as the fulfillment pharmacy. The regulatory category in the very next clause attaches to an unnamed plural set rather than to Precision. And the Terms then say it typically uses the compounding pharmacies listed below — and list nothing. The next heading is a different subject entirely. The promised list does not exist.
What's the difference between 503A and 503B?
A 503A pharmacy compounds for one named patient; a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved.
