Good fit if you want one company for both compounded tirzepatide and compounded sermorelin, injectable and oral, instead of shopping two providers.

The catch: FDA issued Strut Health, LLC a warning letter (MARCS-CMS 721448, February 20, 2026, Center for Drug Evaluation and Research), addressed to "Simal Patel, MD, Chief Executive Officer, Strut Health, LLC dba Strut, 701 Commerce St, Dallas, TX 75202" — the same name, title and address struthealth.com publishes itself, so there is no doubt it is this company. FDA reviewed the site in December 2025 and found two things. One: "The compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide products displayed on your website identify 'Strut' on the pictured label, suggesting Strut is the compounder of those drugs when in fact it is not." Two: the site carried "Generic Zepbound, Mounjaro," "Semaglutide is the active ingredient in the brand medications," and "Tirzepatide is the active ingredient in the brand medications Zepbound® and Mounjaro®" — claims FDA says falsely imply an FDA approval and safety review a compounded drug has never had, misbranding under FDCA §502(a) and §502(bb) [21 U.S.C. §§ 352(a), 352(bb)]. Roughly five and a half months on, the current site shows neither the quoted "Generic Zepbound, Mounjaro" phrase nor a "Strut"-branded label on the injectable or oral tirzepatide pages, the injectable or oral sermorelin pages, or the compounded-tirzepatide FAQ post. The tirzepatide vial image now reads only "TIRZEPATIDE / MEDICAL WEIGHT MANAGEMENT COMPOUNDED MEDICATION / PRESCRIPTION ONLY," with no brand name on it, and the page's small print says correctly, "Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and have not gone through FDA safety and efficacy review." That looks like real cleanup — but not every page and image on the site was checked, so this stays a dated regulatory finding, not a declaration that the problem is fixed everywhere.

The catch: The clearest finding: Maximus' own Terms of Use state that a multi-month "Program" participant who cancels mid-term "will remain responsible for fulfilling the payment obligations for the remainder of the commitment term" — signing up for the 6-month sermorelin plan to get the $199.99/mo headline rate means an early cancellation stops shipments, not the remaining bill. The same Terms state all fees are "non-refundable... regardless of your decision to terminate your usage." Separately, its own weight-loss page states three different prices for the same tirzepatide or semaglutide product without reconciling any of them. A live FDA warning letter is on record: Maximus Health, Inc. dba Maximus, MARCS-CMS 730095, June 8, 2026, for claims ("Clinically studied ingredients," "Proven to lose weight effectively") implying FDA evaluation, plus a false "FDA approved pharmacies" claim FDA directly rejects ("Compounding facilities... are not 'FDA-approved' or 'FDA-licensed' entities"). No fabricated-identity or deepfake pattern found — its named medical advisors are independently verifiable real clinicians, and complaints found are ordinary billing/communication friction.
