What the FDA-approved product's own label states

Semaglutide's FDA-approved weight-management brand, Wegovy, ships as pre-filled single-dose pens and syringes in six strengths — 0.25 mg, 0.5 mg, 1 mg, 1.7 mg, 2.4 mg, and a higher 7.2 mg “Wegovy HD” pen — plus a multi-dose FlexTouch pen delivering four 2.4 mg doses, read directly off Wegovy's own DailyMed structured product label. The same label now also covers Wegovy tablets (1.5 mg, 4 mg, 9 mg, and 25 mg, oral) — a genuinely different, non-injectable product this calculator does not apply to; if your prescription is the pill, there's no vial, diluent, or syringe math to do.

None of the injection strengths above require reconstitution — they ship ready to use. That's a description of the branded pen's fixed dosage forms, not a recommendation for what a compounded dose should be: compounded semaglutide is typically sold as a multi-dose vial at a pharmacy-specific concentration, which is exactly the kind of vial-plus-diluent arithmetic the calculator above works out.
