A real research base, for a narrower use than this is usually sold for
Kisspeptin circulates in several lengths — kisspeptin-54, -14, -13, and -10 — cleaved from the same gene product. Research-chemical vendors sell it generically as "Kisspeptin," almost always kisspeptin-10 (the shortest, cheapest form to synthesize, half-life 3.8 minutes in men). The field's strongest human research — including its one genuine translational application, as an alternative to the hCG trigger shot in IVF — used kisspeptin-54, the longer-acting isoform, not the one most vendors ship.
Zero published studies tested chronic, self-administered kisspeptin-10 for testosterone optimization — the exact use it's marketed for online. The single real-world case on file in FDA's adverse-event database is a young man who used compounded kisspeptin-10 specifically to raise testosterone; he gained weight and his estrone increased instead.
Its regulatory status has two parts, both real: FDA's October 2024 advisory- committee review recommended AGAINST adding kisspeptin-10 to the federal 503A compounding bulks list, citing unresolved characterization and immunogenicity questions. Separately, FDA's current 503A Bulks List (updated May 14, 2026) places Kisspeptin-10 in Category 2 — Bulk Drug Substances that Raise Significant Safety Risks — one of only six substances in that category today. No FDA-approved kisspeptin product exists in any country; DailyMed returns zero U.S. results.
What the tool below actually does is narrower than that context might suggest: it takes the vial size, diluent volume, and dose you type in and returns the concentration and draw volume that arithmetic implies — nothing more. It cannot confirm which isoform is actually in a given vial, that a dose matches any studied protocol, or that a compounding pharmacy is currently permitted to sell it.
