GHRP-6 reconstitution calculator

Type in a vial size, the diluent volume you added, and a dose figure — the calculator below converts those three numbers into a concentration, a draw volume, and a syringe reading. It performs the same arithmetic as our other GH-secretagogue calculators. What it cannot do, for GHRP-6 specifically, is confirm the vial you have matches CIGB-500's studied formulation, since no U.S.-marketed reference product exists. Read why below before you use it.

A real Cuban drug-development program — not what this compound is sold for

GHRP-6 is the active pharmaceutical ingredient in CIGB-500, an investigational drug developed by Cuba's Center for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology for cardiac protection after heart attack, with completed dog toxicology (up to 2,000 mcg/kg/day IV) and a real, published Phase III human trial (COURAGE-2, n=188) testing IV GHRP-6 combined with EGF for acute ischemic stroke. That trial missed its primary endpoint in the full population, but found a statistically significant reduction in disability and mortality risk in a pre-specified severe-stroke subgroup (n=27) — a real signal its own authors describe as warranting further study, not a confirmed result.

None of that research applies to the body-composition claims GHRP-6 is actually sold for in the U.S. peptide-research market — a 2026 peer-reviewed review states "direct evidence for meaningful changes in body composition outcomes in humans remains limited and should be interpreted cautiously." FDA's own compounding safety-risk page separately flags immunogenicity risk and "potential effect on cortisol and increase in blood glucose due to decreases in insulin sensitivity," and GHRP-6 sits in Category 3 of FDA's current 503A Bulks List — nominated, but without adequate supporting information for FDA to complete an evaluation.

What the tool below actually does is narrower than that context might suggest: it takes the vial size, diluent volume, and dose you type in and returns the concentration and draw volume that arithmetic implies — nothing more. It cannot confirm that a vial matches CIGB-500's studied formulation or any other research protocol.
