Who each one suits
Good fit if "cancel anytime" flexibility on the membership itself matters.
The catch: The $79/month figure Mochi Health leads with everywhere is a membership fee that explicitly, by its own site's own words, does NOT include the medication — the actual compounded tirzepatide or semaglutide is billed separately, starting at $199 or $99/month more, for a true combined floor roughly 2.3-3.5x the headline figure most readers would assume is the total.
Good fit if you want the option to cancel a month-to-month plan any time, with no long-term contract by default.
The catch: Henry Meds' own pages contradict each other on the one fact this site is built to check: its tirzepatide page hedges between "a 503(A) Compounding Pharmacy or 503(B) Outsourcing Facility," while its Terms of Service state "Section 503A" alone — and if you sign up for an optional multi-month plan and need to stop for a non-medical reason, its own FAQ says you "may be required to pay out the rest of your balance."
Where each one will treat you
Mochi Health
Not fully published. Its own product pages state only "Promotional pricing not available in all states," with no explicit list of which states are covered or excluded.
Henry Meds
Not published. Henry's own FAQ and Terms of Service both say only that a customer must "Live or have an address in one of the states we support," with no list given; the Terms of Service adds that availability "may change...at any time." California is flagged only for slower fulfillment, not exclusion.
