Who each one suits
Good fit if you want labs, nausea medication and shipping included in the plan price.
The catch: EllieMD sells no monthly GLP-1 plan, and its terms make the up-front block hard to unwind. Programs renew automatically for the same term; cancel later than 48 hours before renewal and you pay for the next block, cancel mid-cycle and you still owe the cycle, and nothing is refunded once the pharmacy has processed the order, "regardless of the reason," side effects included. The company also recruits "Brand Partners" — its site greets visitors with "Your Brand Partner is" and publishes an income disclaimer — and says some of the weight-loss testimonials on its page "may be from EllieMD Independent Brand Partners who earn compensation."
Good fit if you want to know which pharmacies may fill your order.
The catch: Fridays' pricing page says "PRICE LOCKED IN FOREVER" at $99 or $198 a month. Those need a code tied to a multi-month supply, and its own Terms say a discount "will be applied to your first payment only." Without a code, a month of tirzepatide is $389. Every fee is non-refundable once charged, even if you stop treatment.

Compounded medication ships to all states except Louisiana, per its help center. Its Terms say only U.S. residents are eligible and availability can vary.
