Who each one suits
Good fit if you want to know which pharmacies may fill your order.
The catch: Fridays' pricing page says "PRICE LOCKED IN FOREVER" at $99 or $198 a month. Those need a code tied to a multi-month supply, and its own Terms say a discount "will be applied to your first payment only." Without a code, a month of tirzepatide is $389. Every fee is non-refundable once charged, even if you stop treatment.
Good fit if you want a needle-free option — Willow sells both semaglutide and tirzepatide as daily under-the-tongue tablets.
The catch: The price on each product page is the lowest dose's price. Tirzepatide shows "$399/mo" with no "from" and no dose note, and the FAQ says only that costs "vary by dosage." Willow's own help-center price list fills it in: $399 through 6.375 mg, then $499, $524 and $549 at the higher doses — up to $150 a month more than the figure on the page. Semaglutide's $299 becomes $399 at 7 mg. The prices are published, but a reader has to leave the product page to find them.
Where each one will treat you
Fridays
Compounded medication ships to all states except Louisiana, per its help center. Its Terms say only U.S. residents are eligible and availability can vary.
Willow
Two lists that differ by one state. Willow's FAQ lists 36: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin and Wyoming. Its help center gives the same list without Wyoming and adds Puerto Rico. If you live in Wyoming, confirm before you pay.
