Who each one suits
Good fit if you're comfortable with a membership-gated telehealth model and will read the small print for the required $74.99/mo fee before signing up, rather than budgeting off the $133/mo headline alone.
The catch: FDA issued Ivim a warning letter (MARCS-CMS 721816, February 20, 2026, Center for Drug Evaluation and Research), addressed to Ivim Services LLC dba Ivim at 4200 Regent Street, Suite 200, Columbus, OH 43219 — the identical address independently confirmed as Ivim's own BBB profile address (A+ rating, accredited since 2/28/2023). The letter states FDA reviewed ivimhealth.com in December 2025 and found the compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide products displayed on the site identify "Ivim" on the pictured label, "suggesting Ivim is the compounder of those drugs when in fact it is not" — misbranded under FDCA §§502(a) and 502(bb), the same single-issue template as the first of BluefitMD's two citations on this same roster, and the same disclosable-not-disqualifying shape as Strut Health's letter. Independent of the FDA letter, Ivim's own legal documents contradict each other about which state even has jurisdiction over the company: its Terms and Conditions states it is "registered in Michigan... registered office at 336 W 1st St Ste 113, Flint, MI 48502" and that the Terms are "governed by... the laws of the State of Michigan" (§18) — then, in the same document, states disputes are subject to "exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio" (Columbus, where the FDA letter and BBB profile both place it) and that arbitration "will be conducted in Franklin County, Ohio." Its separate Membership Agreement states Michigan law AND Michigan jurisdiction, but directs legal notices to "Ivim's Principal Mailing Address at 4200 Regent Street, Suite 200, Columbus, OH 43219" — the Ohio address. Three of Ivim's own documents name three different combinations of state and address for what is legally the same company.
Good fit if you want one company that sells both compounded tirzepatide and compounded sermorelin, rather than shopping separate providers for each.
The catch: The number Fridays leads with everywhere — "Starting at $198/mo" for compounded tirzepatide, repeated on its homepage and pricing page — is not what a reader who signs up for one month at a time actually pays: it requires committing to Fridays' annual plan AND applying a discount code ("NEWYOU12"), itself explicitly a limited-time promotion Fridays can "modify, suspend, or discontinue... at any time." Its own single-item product page, with no promo code and no annual commitment, charges $389 for the identical "1 month supply" — essentially double the headline number — and its own Terms & Conditions separately state that once charged, "ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE," even if you decide not to continue treatment or don't achieve results.

Ivim Health
Not published. No state list and no "all 50 states" claim appears anywhere on the site's public pages (product pages, Terms and Conditions, Membership Agreement, Refund and Returns Policy, Privacy Policy, or HIPAA Notice) — a reader only reaches a location field after completing Ivim's full medical questionnaire.
Fridays
Not published. Fridays' own weight-loss program page states plainly, "Not available in all 50 states," with no state-by-state list published anywhere on its public pages; its FAQ and Terms & Conditions describe availability only in the same general terms.
