The $133/mo compounded-tirzepatide headline omits a separately required $74.99/mo membership (disclosed only in small print on that same page). Independently, Ivim's own live qualification-quiz configuration discloses "Compounded GLP-1 Options starting at $249/month," payable upfront, for what its site calls the same product category — a contradiction Ivim has with itself, not a promo-versus-standing-rate gap that resolves on a closer read.

The catch — Two stacked mechanisms, both sourced to Ivim's own pages: (1) a $74.99/mo membership required before any medication ships, not mentioned in the $133/mo tirzepatide headline itself; (2) medication is sold in prepaid multi-month "Program" terms (Ivim's own Terms and Conditions, §§16 and 29, name "four- or six-month programs"), and its own live qualification quiz discloses a $249/month price for the same product category that "must be paid upfront" — a different billing structure than the recurring-sounding $133/mo headline.

What they advertise
Compounded tirzepatide: Ivim's own compounded tirzepatide page headlines "Starting at $133/mo," with a footnote elsewhere on the same page stating, "Medical programs require an Ivím membership at $74.99/month." Compounded semaglutide: its own compounded semaglutide page headlines "Starting at $149/mo," with the identical $74.99/month membership requirement disclosed on that same page. Sermorelin: its own sermorelin page headlines "$129 + $75/mo Membership" directly beside the price — a more transparent disclosure than either GLP-1 page's small-print footnote.
What you actually pay
By the marketing pages' own math: tirzepatide $133 + $74.99 membership = $207.99 combined; semaglutide $149 + $74.99 membership = $223.99 combined; sermorelin $129 + $75 membership = $204 combined. But Ivim's own live qualification-quiz configuration (fetched directly from ivimhealth.com/wp-content/reactpress/apps/forms/public/json/flows/weightloss-quiz.json, step 18) states instead: "Ivím's low cost out-of-pocket Compounded GLP-1 Options starting at $249 / month," with the disclosure "Pricing is per month and must be paid upfront. $74.99/mo membership is also required." That is a materially higher, differently-billed figure ($249 prepaid + $74.99/mo = $323.99 combined) for what Ivim's own site calls the same product category — covering both tirzepatide and semaglutide alike, since the quiz disclosure doesn't distinguish between them — a contradiction Ivim has with itself, and one it does not settle anywhere short of an actual medical intake.

- Early cancellation of the medication program triggers a $100 administrative/restocking fee per undeveloped 3-month portion, or $50 per undeveloped 2-month portion (Ivim's own Terms and Conditions §16) — waived only if a provider determines the member is medically ineligible to continue.

The bottom line
Ivim Services LLC dba Ivim (a real company, BBB-accredited since 2/28/2023, A+ rating, business start date 4/29/2022, with two named founders and a named Chief Medical Officer on its own About page) is a live, operating telehealth company selling compounded tirzepatide, a sublingual sermorelin product, compounded liraglutide, branded GLP-1 referrals, and a long tail of supplements. Nothing here rises to what got MEDVi excluded from this site outright — documented deepfaked patient photos and fabricated physician personas. No independent journalism names Ivim. The single "lawsuit" page that surfaces in search (lawfold.com) is a template mass-tort marketing page with no docket, no court and no named plaintiff, which is advertising rather than litigation; the one genuine court record is Ivim's own amicus brief supporting the compounding industry against FDA restrictions. What does remain is three things: an FDA warning letter (MARCS-CMS 721816, February 20, 2026) over a mislabeled-compounder claim, a contradiction across Ivim's own legal documents about which state has jurisdiction over it, and a pricing structure that doesn't match its own $133/mo headline — a mandatory $74.99/mo membership stacked underneath it, medication sold in prepaid multi-month "Program" terms with an early-cancellation restocking fee, and a live quiz disclosure of $249/month (paid upfront) for the same product category the marketing page prices at $133/mo.

- You want a checkable trust badge that actually checks out — Ivim's own LegitScript seal (ID 16392114) resolves at LegitScript's own registry, unlike BluefitMD's, which fails the identical check.
- You're comfortable with a membership-gated telehealth model and will read the small print for the required $74.99/mo fee before signing up, rather than budgeting off the $133/mo headline alone.
Look elsewhere if
- You're budgeting off Ivim's own "Starting at $133/mo" headline — its own qualification quiz separately discloses $249/month, paid upfront, for the same "Compounded GLP-1 Options" category, and a mandatory $74.99/mo membership applies either way.

What's the difference between 503A and 503B?
A 503A pharmacy compounds for one named patient; a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved.

FDA issued Ivim a warning letter (MARCS-CMS 721816, February 20, 2026, Center for Drug Evaluation and Research), addressed to Ivim Services LLC dba Ivim at 4200 Regent Street, Suite 200, Columbus, OH 43219 — the identical address confirmed as Ivim's own BBB profile address (A+ rating, accredited since 2/28/2023). The letter states FDA reviewed ivimhealth.com in December 2025 and found the compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide products displayed on the site identify "Ivim" on the pictured label, "suggesting Ivim is the compounder of those drugs when in fact it is not" — misbranded under FDCA §§502(a) and 502(bb), the same single-issue template as the first of BluefitMD's two citations on this same roster, and the same disclosable-not-disqualifying shape as Strut Health's letter. Independent of the FDA letter, Ivim's own legal documents contradict each other about which state even has jurisdiction over the company: its Terms and Conditions states it is "registered in Michigan... registered office at 336 W 1st St Ste 113, Flint, MI 48502" and that the Terms are "governed by... the laws of the State of Michigan" (§18) — then, in the same document, states disputes are subject to "exclusive jurisdiction and venue in the state and federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio" (Columbus, where the FDA letter and BBB profile both place it) and that arbitration "will be conducted in Franklin County, Ohio." Its separate Membership Agreement states Michigan law AND Michigan jurisdiction, but directs legal notices to "Ivim's Principal Mailing Address at 4200 Regent Street, Suite 200, Columbus, OH 43219" — the Ohio address. Three of Ivim's own documents name three different combinations of state and address for what is legally the same company.
