Who each one suits
Good fit if you want the option of tirzepatide as a tablet, not just an injection.
The catch: The price you see isn't the price most people end up paying. $199 and $299 are the starting rates for the lowest dose, and SkinnyRx doesn't show what a higher, more typical dose costs until you're further into signup.
Good fit if you already know you want an injection — the FAQ's misleading needle-free answer doesn't affect you if you weren't asking about oral dosing in the first place.
The catch: Willow's own FAQ, answering "Needles make me nervous — do I have to take injections?", states unhedged: "Willow offers GLP-1 medications in both injectable and oral (sublingual) forms. Injectable options like Semaglutide and Tirzepatide work well for many patients, while Oral Semaglutide provides a needle-free alternative." A separate FAQ answer on the same page is more explicit still: "Oral (Semaglutide only): Taken daily by placing a tablet under your tongue." Both answers tell a needle-averse reader that no oral tirzepatide option exists — but that exact same FAQ page's own footer navigation, rendered directly beneath those answers, links a live product: "Tirzepatide tablets." Willow's own dedicated /tirzepatide-tablets page sells exactly that — "A daily oral dissolving tablet designed to work on both GLP-1 and GIP pathways... Simply place it under your tongue and let it dissolve," per that page's own product description — at the identical $399/month price as the injectable. A reader who trusts the FAQ answer, rather than clicking through the nav below it, would wrongly conclude they must inject to take tirzepatide through Willow at all.

A published 36-state list, not a nationwide claim: Willow's own Terms and Conditions state, "The Services currently are available only in the States of Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin and Wyoming." Fourteen states are absent, with no explanation given anywhere on the site. That same Terms page is dated "Effective: 11.24.2021" — nearly five years old — so this list may not reflect current coverage, but it is the only first-party statement Willow's site makes.
