Head to head
Blue Haven Rx vs TrimRx
What each one charges a month, which pharmacy each will name, and where each will treat you — read off their own sites, not their marketing.
Both sell compounded tirzepatide, where our ranking places Blue Haven Rx at #109 and TrimRx at #35 — on the criteria we publish.
What each actually charges
A blank means that provider does not sell that compound at all. Prices are the real month-to-month figure, not a prepay or first-month rate.

|---|---|---|
| Tirzepatide | $259/mo (flat) | From $259/mo |
| Semaglutide | $179/mo (flat) | From $179/mo |

Who each one suits
Good fit if you're comfortable with a 3-month intro-rate structure before the standing flat price applies.
The catch: Blue Haven Rx's own pharmacy claim, "manufactured in 503A Outsourcing Facilities," is internally inconsistent — 503A and "outsourcing facility" (503B) are two different FDA regulatory categories, and stating both together, unresolved, about the same medication is either a copy error or a claim nobody can actually stand behind.
Good fit if you want a real, unhedged nationwide (50-state) claim stated twice, verbatim, in the site's own Terms & Conditions.
The catch: TrimRx's own refund policy makes an order non-refundable the moment the intake is submitted — before the medication ships, and before a price is even confirmed at checkout: "the order is considered processed and is non-refundable, as significant medical and pharmacy resources are utilized." Refunds apply only for a medical disqualification or a duplicate/incorrect charge.
Where each one will treat you
Blue Haven Rx
Not published as a geographic list. Eligibility is framed as medical ("excluded" vs. "non-excluded" individuals per an intake questionnaire).
TrimRx
All 50 states. Its own Terms & Conditions state twice, verbatim, "Our products and services are available only within the 50 states of the United States of America."
