Provider review
TrimRx review
A real SPA whose pricing is invisible to a plain fetch — its own compiled bundle has it.
TrimRx's own compiled site bundle states "Starting at $259" (tirzepatide) and "Starting at $179" (semaglutide), both confirmed `stock:true` in the live product data — a real price a plain-text fetch of the marketing page cannot see.

This review's stake, stated plainly — some of the outbound links on this site are affiliate links; start a program through one and we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Straight about the rest, too: the write-ups say what each provider is actually worth, and a commission does not change a word of them. Full disclosure here.

What it actually costs
What they advertise
TrimRx's own compiled site bundle states: "GLP-1 + GIP" (tirzepatide) "Starting at $259" and "GLP-1" (semaglutide) "Starting at $179" — both `stock:true` in the live product data.
What you actually pay, month to month
The same mined figures ($259 tirzepatide, $179 semaglutide) are the lowest-dose "Starting at" prices; higher-dose price points were not reached this pass, so these are floors, not confirmed flat rates.
Money you will meet later
- "Once the initial medical intake has been submitted, the order is considered processed and is non-refundable, as significant medical and pharmacy resources are utilized," per its own Terms & Conditions.
Checked live on TrimRx's own site at https://trimrx.com in August 2026. Prices change without notice — confirm before you buy. Every figure here was read off TrimRx's own public pages on the date shown, not from a third-party comparison table.
The bottom line
TrimRx (trimrx.com, legal entity MetaFit Pharma Solutions LLC) is a real, live telehealth platform selling compounded tirzepatide and compounded semaglutide, each in injectable and oral form. A grep of its entire ~55-route site map found no sermorelin product anywhere. Its own Terms & Conditions state a real, unhedged 50-state claim and a genuinely embedded, checkable LegitScript seal. The gap is refund timing: an order becomes non-refundable the moment intake is submitted, before the medication ships and before a price is even confirmed at checkout.
TrimRx appears on our tirzepatide provider ranking and our semaglutide provider ranking. Nothing on this page is a performance claim.
Who it is for, and who it is not
A good fit if
- You want a real, unhedged nationwide (50-state) claim stated twice, verbatim, in the site's own Terms & Conditions.
- You want an independently-verifiable LegitScript seal (not just a badge image) — TrimRx's own seal ID resolves live at LegitScript's own CDN.
- You want both injectable and oral forms of tirzepatide and semaglutide, more format choice than most peers on this roster.
Look elsewhere if
- You want time to reconsider after starting an order — TrimRx's own policy makes an order non-refundable the moment intake is submitted, before shipment or even a confirmed checkout price.
- You want a specific pharmacy named — only a generic "independent, state-licensed compounding pharmacy" claim was found.
- You want sermorelin — none exists anywhere in the site's own route table.
What is included
The cheapest headline number in this category is often the one with the least attached to it. Here is what TrimRx bundles in, and what it does not.
Clinician consult
Included
— a medical intake is required before a prescription is issued, per its own site.
Bloodwork / labs
Not stated on the pages checked.
Follow-ups and dose changes
Not itemized on the pages checked.
Human support
No dietitian, nurse, or structured coaching program is named…
anywhere on the site.
Injection supplies
Not itemized beyond the medication itself on the pages checked.
Shipping
"Your medication will be shipped monthly, directly to your…
doorstep," per its own site.
Who fills it, and who's watching
The pharmacy
Unknown. Its own Terms & Conditions and Medications Safety Information (mined from its compiled site bundle) describe only "an independent, state-licensed compounding pharmacy" — generic, no name, no 503A/503B category.
Oversight
Included — a medical intake is required before a prescription is issued, per its own site. Not itemized on the pages checked.
Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and a 503A pharmacy compounds for a named patient while a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not.
Where you can get it
All 50 states. Its own Terms & Conditions state twice, verbatim, "Our products and services are available only within the 50 states of the United States of America."
The honest cons
The part they would rather you skipped
TrimRx's own refund policy makes an order non-refundable the moment the intake is submitted — before the medication ships, and before a price is even confirmed at checkout: "the order is considered processed and is non-refundable, as significant medical and pharmacy resources are utilized." Refunds apply only for a medical disqualification or a duplicate/incorrect charge.
- Orders become non-refundable at intake submission, before shipment or a confirmed checkout price.
- No specific pharmacy is named anywhere on the site.
- "Starting at" prices are dose-tiered floors; higher-dose price points were not confirmed this pass.
None of this is unique to TrimRx — the whole category shares it.
How it compares
The providers we rank on our semaglutide provider ranking — the most specific board TrimRx sits on — in the order that board ranks them. It sells into other categories too; see the boards listed above under the bottom line.
- CBCare Bare RxNames both compounds directly — but two of its four pharmacies carry FDA letters.
- TRTelos RxA specific, sourced state-exclusion list — next to an unconfirmed "compare" price.
- BMBreeze MedsNames the specific compound in its own nav menu — pricing is quiz-gated.
- TRTrimiNames two 503A pharmacies directly, undercut by an annual-prepay headline.
- OAOakA flat, no-subscription price — but no pharmacy is named anywhere on the site.
- Strut HealthAn FDA warning letter over labeling, plus an auto-refill price on every product.

- MAMangoRxA flat, "price locked in" semaglutide product — its pharmacy is described, not named.
- GHGala HealthAdvertises the same $179 promo price for two different drugs.

A provider comparison is half the decision. The other half is whether the compound does anything for you at all — and whether it is allowed where you compete. Growth-hormone secretagogues are banned in tested sport, year-round, and a prescription does not change that.
