Head to head

TrimRx vs MEDVi

What each one charges a month, which pharmacy each will name, and where each will treat you — read off their own sites, not their marketing.

Both sell compounded tirzepatide, where our ranking places TrimRx at #35 and MEDVi at #105 on the criteria we publish.

What each actually charges

A blank means that provider does not sell that compound at all. Prices are the real month-to-month figure, not a prepay or first-month rate.

Who each one suits

TrimRx

Good fit if you want a real, unhedged nationwide (50-state) claim stated twice, verbatim, in the site's own Terms & Conditions.

The catch: TrimRx's own refund policy makes an order non-refundable the moment the intake is submitted — before the medication ships, and before a price is even confirmed at checkout: "the order is considered processed and is non-refundable, as significant medical and pharmacy resources are utilized." Refunds apply only for a medical disqualification or a duplicate/incorrect charge.

MEDVi

Good fit if you want one company selling both compounded tirzepatide and compounded semaglutide, with a headline price for each published directly on its site.

The catch: FDA issued MEDVi, LLC a warning letter (MARCS-CMS 721455, February 20, 2026, Center for Drug Evaluation and Research) — the same date, office, and "identifies '[name]' on the pictured label, suggesting [name] is the compounder when in fact it is not" template already documented here for a peer provider, addressed to MEDVi's own registered Delaware corporate address. Separately, outside investigative journalism (Futurism; Drug Discovery Trends) previously reported that MEDVi's advertising used fabricated physician names in ad creative; a live check of MEDVi's current core site (2026-08-03) found no named, invented physicians anywhere on its site today, though this was not an exhaustive sweep of every historical ad. Neither finding disqualifies MEDVi on its own, but both are on the record here.
