What you actually pay
$299/month is the only standing figure MyStart publishes. One landing page shows compounded tirzepatide at $279 with no billing unit attached, which contradicts the $299 floor stated further down that same page. No semaglutide price is published anywhere.
Money you will meet later
- None published. Note the tension: the homepage states "No Membership fees!" while its refund policy is written entirely around a membership fee for a bundled program charged monthly.
The bottom line
MyStart Health (mystarthealth.com, a Delaware company) sells a bundled weight-loss program rather than a priced drug. Its only standing figure is a program that "starts at $299/month," described as covering physician evaluations, follow-ups, unlimited clinician access, monthly prescriptions, a four- or twelve-week medication supply, any necessary blood work, and shipping. Included lab work is genuinely unusual and worth crediting. What it does not do is publish a price for any compound: the word semaglutide appears on the site only inside a testimonial, and a subdomain named for that drug does not contain the word at all. Its Terms say plainly that payment terms will be disclosed at checkout or enrollment, which makes the price something you learn once you are inside the funnel.

What its own site says
No pharmacy is named in any public-facing copy. Its FAQ says only that medications are produced in US facilities meeting strict standards, and the regulatory category appears once in its disclosure policy as a statement about the law rather than about an identified facility. That leaves one instruction unusable: its refund policy tells patients to contact the dispensing pharmacy directly about any medication problem, and no pharmacy is ever identified.
What's the difference between 503A and 503B?
A 503A pharmacy compounds for one named patient; a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved.

The same page elsewhere claims thousands of patients, and another page claims results proven by over 1.5 million GLP-1 patients.
