A 503A pharmacy compounds for one named patient; a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved.
Claimed as 20 states and never enumerated — not one state is named anywhere on the site.
The part they would rather you skipped
Rehydra+'s Terms of Service say "You can cancel your subscription at any time." Its memberships page says the opposite, in its own words: the plans are "Non-Cancelable," they are "contracts that are locked in for 6 months," and the largest schedules up to $2,514 in autopay. Both pages are live and they cannot both be true. The Terms then contain the word "refund" zero times, and the returns page states all sales are final — so a buyer who discovers the contradiction after signing has no published route out. Around that: all six membership "Normal Price" anchors are set higher than the most Rehydra actually charges for that dose, the worst by $95; two products named "Promo" charge full price because their sale prices are switched off; its LegitScript badge is a self-hosted image with no seal ID that can be checked; and the legal entity it publishes, "RealHealth Ventures PLLS," carries a suffix that does not exist.
None of this is unique to Rehydra+ Wellness — the whole category shares it.
