This review's stake, stated plainly — some of the outbound links on this site are affiliate links; start a program through one and we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Straight about the rest, too: the write-ups say what each provider is actually worth, and a commission does not change a word of them. Full disclosure here.

The catch — Its published page prices are not what the order form charges. NAD+ injectable is $299 on the page and $199 at the form; NAD+ nasal is $149 and $23.14. The GLP-1 program is advertised at $199/month and cannot be bought at all.

What they advertise
Sermorelin $195 for one month and $575 for three. NAD+ injectable listed at $299 on the page and $199 on the order form; NAD+ nasal listed at $149 and $23.14. GLP-1 advertised at "$199/month" with nothing purchasable behind it.
What you actually pay
$195/mo sermorelin — the only figure that holds from page to order form. Its three-month option at $575 saves $10 against three single months, and makes no savings claim.
Money you will meet later
Super Healthy Rx (Natural Smart Health LLC) genuinely sells sermorelin — $195 for one month, $575 for three, verified at both the page and the order form. Its GLP-1 program cannot be bought at all: the microdosing pages say "Coming Soon," the four calls to action on its GLP-1 page are inert markup, its "$199/month Get Started" button lands on a blank page, and no GLP-1 intake form exists anywhere. Its NAD+ pricing also does not survive the trip to checkout — $299 on the page against $199 on the order form, and $149 against $23.14 for the nasal spray. And when asked which pharmacies fill its prescriptions, its own FAQ answers with a different company's support email.
Super Healthy Rx appears on our sermorelin provider ranking. Nothing on this page is a performance claim.

Super Healthy Rx does not name the pharmacy that fills your prescription.
Not named — and the answer it does give belongs to another company. Its FAQ question "Which pharmacies are you affiliated with?" is answered with the support address support@coreagerx.com and an unrelated phone number.
A 503A pharmacy compounds for one named patient; a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved.
No list published. The only state-specific text is a prescriber disclosure naming California, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Vermont.
The part they would rather you skipped
Ask Super Healthy Rx which pharmacies fill its prescriptions and its own FAQ answers with a different company's support email — support@coreagerx.com — alongside a phone number that is not its own. Its robots.txt declares a sitemap belonging to that same other company, while its own sitemap is missing. The impression that the storefront was assembled rather than built continues into the pages themselves: the corporate address renders as the literal template token "{acf_company_Address}", the GLP-1 page's four calls to action are inert markup that link nowhere, and the homepage's "$199/month Get Started" button lands on a 714-character blank page. Its NAD+ prices then change between the product page and the order form — $299 becomes $199, and $149 becomes $23.14.
None of this is unique to Super Healthy Rx — the whole category shares it.

A provider comparison is half the decision. The other half is whether the compound does anything for you at all — and whether it is allowed where you compete. Growth-hormone secretagogues are banned in tested sport, year-round, and a prescription does not change that.
