Advertises $189 tirzepatide over a regularPrice of $299 in its own page data.
Every tirzepatide dose on its product page carries "regularPrice":299 in the data behind it, while the page shows $189 and $209 and says the real price "will depend on the subscription plan selected."

The catch — The advertised $189 and $209 sit over a regularPrice of $299 that the shopper never sees, and the page never says which subscription plan earns the lower rate. Its Mounjaro price of $1,249 exists in the data with no pricing interface on the page at all.

What they advertise
Compounded tirzepatide advertised at $189/mo (2.5-7.5 mg) and $209/mo (10-15 mg), with the page adding that actual price "will depend on product and subscription plan selected." Brand-name resale: Ozempic $345-$645, Zepbound $445-$595, Mounjaro $1,249.
What you actually pay
$299/mo is the figure carried as regularPrice on all six compounded tirzepatide doses in the page's own data. It is the defensible rate, because the subscription plan that earns the advertised $189 is never disclosed.
Money you will meet later
Navio MD names its pharmacy outright — The Pharmacy Hub, with a stated 503A category, in the About page, the FAQ, the Privacy Policy and the consent form — which is better than most providers here manage. It advertises compounded tirzepatide at $189 for the 2.5-7.5 mg doses and $209 for 10-15 mg. The data behind that same page carries a regularPrice of $299 on all six doses, which the shopper is never shown, and the page's own caveat says the actual price "will depend on product and subscription plan selected." It sells no compounded semaglutide and no peptides; its Ozempic, Zepbound and Mounjaro lines are brand-name resale, not compounding.

Navio MD does not name the pharmacy that fills your prescription.
Named, with a category. Its About page, FAQ, Privacy Policy and consent form all name The Pharmacy Hub and state a 503A category; Qualiphy is named as the prescriber network.
A 503A pharmacy compounds for one named patient; a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved.
48 states. Alabama and Mississippi are excluded as a prescriber limitation, and its pharmacy is described as licensed in all 50. No contradicting page was found.
The part they would rather you skipped
Navio MD has no terms of service. The address that should hold one serves a second, differently-dated copy of the privacy policy instead — revised April 30 against the privacy page's April 18. That document contains the word "refund" zero times and the word "cancel" zero times, so every commercial term of the sale lives in a collapsed FAQ accordion rather than in a contract. It sits under a "TRANSPARENT PRICING" ticker that runs on every page, alongside a regularPrice of $299 the shopper is never shown, an undisclosed provider-visit fee, a $1,249 Mounjaro price with no pricing interface on its own page, and a compounded product missing from the site's own sitemap.
None of this is unique to Navio MD — the whole category shares it.
