The catch — Every bundle costs more than the monthly rate it is sold against. Semaglutide injections: three months of bundle is $628 against $537 paid monthly, six is $1,248 against $1,074, twelve is $2,298 against $2,148 — $91, $174 and $150 more. Tirzepatide runs $80, $140 and $209 more on the same terms. Each card still advertises savings, up to "You are saving $1,158", because the comparison baseline in its own code takes the monthly price and adds $99 and $9.99 to it before multiplying. That baseline of $407.99 is a number no customer is ever charged. That figure is still live today.

The plans are the problem: its three-, six- and twelve-month bundles all cost more than simply paying month to month for the same period — $91, $174 and $150 more on semaglutide — and each is labeled with a savings figure computed against a baseline the company never charges anyone.

Six months is $1,248 against $1,074, and twelve is $2,298 against $2,148. Tirzepatide is worse in absolute terms — $209 more over a year. Every one of those cards still shows a savings figure, the largest reading "You are saving $1,158", and the reason is in OnlyRx's own code: the baseline it compares against takes the monthly price and adds $99 and $9.99 before multiplying it out, producing a $407.99 monthly figure that appears on no product and is charged to no one. The published monthly prices are honest; the savings arithmetic built on top of them is not.
