The catch — Every price is a sale price. All sixteen products on the storefront carry a struck-through original — semaglutide marked down from $599, tirzepatide from $399, glutathione from $289 — and there is no sign the higher figures are ever charged. That does not make the low prices false, and they are genuinely low. It does mean the apparent 79% saving on semaglutide is not a saving, and a countdown-free permanent sale is still a permanent sale.
