What you actually pay
$249/mo compounded semaglutide, $349/mo compounded tirzepatide. These are standing rates: the checkout shows $324.00 struck to $249.00 and $424.00 struck to $349.00, and the difference is the $50 provider consultation and $25 shipping, both marked Included rather than discounted.
Money you will meet later
- Its Terms describe a Weight Loss Membership charged separately, monthly, and required — while its About page says there are no membership fees and no such line appears at checkout.
- A site-wide offer gives 35% off a first treatment in exchange for an email address; what a renewal costs after it is not published.
The bottom line
AHBARx is a Newport Beach telehealth service, trading for Ahura Wellness P.C., selling compounded semaglutide at $249 a month and compounded tirzepatide at $349, with three- and six-month tiers alongside. It does the arithmetic honestly: the savings printed beside each prepay tier are the real difference. Its checkout is unusually clear too, itemizing the $50 consultation and $25 shipping it is waiving rather than just calling the total all-in. What it has not done is finish its own legal pages. The Terms name the pharmacies as "[list of Pharmacies]" and the support line as "[phone number]", and the legal name of the company appears only in the Help Center — not in the document that governs the sale.

Who it is for, and who it is not
A good fit if
- You want a prepay tier whose savings claim you can check: three months at $649 really is $98 less than three months at $249, and every other tier holds up the same way.
- You want the price on the page before anything else — both molecules are priced in full before an email address is asked for.
- You want a trust badge that survives a check: its LegitScript seal resolves where an invented seal id does not.
Look elsewhere if
- You want to know which pharmacy fills your prescription. Three partners are named in the Help Center and the Terms name none of them.
- You read the contract before you buy: its Terms describe a required monthly weight-loss membership that its About page and its checkout both say does not exist.
- You want the price guaranteed as your dose climbs — nothing on either product page says it holds.

What its own site says
Named in the Help Center, not in the Terms. AHBARx says all medical services are provided by Beluga Health, AnazaoHealth and Qualiphy — but its Terms of Service still print "the following pharmacies: [list of Pharmacies]", an unfilled template, and no page says which of the three fills a prescription. No 503A or 503B category appears anywhere. AnazaoHealth Corporation, which the site describes as a provider group, is a 503B outsourcing facility that received an FDA warning letter in 2021 over compounded drug products; that letter names AnazaoHealth, not AHBARx.
What's the difference between 503A and 503B?
A 503A pharmacy compounds for one named patient; a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved.
Where you can get it

Its footer says services are available to patients in all 50 states, and its checkout offers 50 states plus the District of Columbia. Its own privacy policy says the opposite — that the service may be used only within certain states, as described in the Terms — and the Terms describe none.
The honest cons
The part they would rather you skipped
AHBARx sells a prescription drug under a Terms of Service it has not finished writing. The document that governs the sale still reads "Our Service provides access to prescription fulfillment services offered by the following pharmacies: [list of Pharmacies]", and does the same for the laboratories, the medical groups, the financing provider, the support email and the telephone number a patient would call to cancel. The company's own legal name, Ahura Wellness P.C., appears in its Help Center and on its About page and nowhere in its Terms or its privacy policy, both of which describe the website as "[www.ahbarx.com]" — still in brackets. Separately, those Terms say you are required to buy a monthly Weight Loss Membership on an automatically renewing basis, while the About page advertises no membership fees and the checkout charges none. One of those is wrong, and the buyer has no way to know which.
- Its Terms name the pharmacies, labs, medical groups, financing provider, support email and cancellation phone number as unfilled placeholders — see this review's knock.
- Its Terms require an automatically renewing monthly membership that its own About page and checkout both contradict.
- The company's legal name is absent from both documents that govern the sale.
- Its semaglutide page carries a safety disclaimer written about tirzepatide.
- A partner it names, AnazaoHealth, holds a 2021 FDA warning letter over compounded drug products.
- Its footer promises all 50 states while its privacy policy limits the service to certain states and its Terms list none.
