The catch — Every rate in the tables is labeled "Per Month," but its Terms say "the duration of any bulk plans are charged at the time of purchase and are non-refundable."

What they advertise

"Plans starting at $99 per month," and per-product tables: GLP-1 $135–$179, NAD+ $125–$199, sermorelin $135–$159 and glutathione $75–$100 "Per Month," depending on plan length.

What you actually pay

Month to month: compounded GLP-1 (semaglutide, per its landing page) $179, tirzepatide $329 (priced only on a landing page), NAD+ $199, sermorelin $159, glutathione $100. Longer plans cost less a month but are paid in full at checkout — for example GLP-1 at $135 a month on a 6-month plan, NAD+ at $125 on a 12-month plan.

Money you will meet later

  • No refund once any medication has been dispensed; your initial payment is refunded only if a provider declines to prescribe.
  • HSA and FSA cards are accepted only on 3-month or longer plans.

The bottom line

Amble (Amble Health Inc., Cortland, OH) sells compounded GLP-1 injections, NAD+, sermorelin and glutathione injections, Lipo-B and Lipo-C shots, and medical kits, all online. Each product page prints a short price table — a month-to-month rate and cheaper 3-, 6- or 12-month rates — and says "Same price, every dose," with supplies, cold shipping and physician check-ins included and no membership fee. That is a cleaner price story than most. The catch is how the plans bill. The tables label every rate "Per Month," but its Terms say bulk plans "are charged at the time of purchase," are non-refundable once any medication is dispensed, and warn that disputing a charge "to circumvent the 3-month commitment" can mean collections. Its main GLP-1 page never says which molecule it sells; its own landing pages call the $179 product semaglutide and price tirzepatide at $329 month to month. No pharmacy or prescriber is named, and the weight-loss figures on its homepage come from a paid member survey.

Amble appears on our sermorelin provider ranking, our tirzepatide provider ranking, our semaglutide provider ranking, our NAD+ provider ranking, our Glutathione provider ranking and our combined weight loss injections ranking.

Who is Amble for, and who is it not for?

A good fit if

  • You want a dose increase not to raise your price — every product page says "Same price, every dose."
  • You want NAD+, sermorelin or glutathione month to month, with the longer-plan discount printed beside it.
  • You want supplies and shipping included with no separate membership fee.

Look elsewhere if

  • You want to pay by the month for a plan's lower rate — 3-, 6- and 12-month plans are charged in full at purchase.
  • You may need a refund partway through — none once any medication has been dispensed.
  • You want the pharmacy or the prescribing doctor named — neither is.
  • You want your state confirmed before you start — "exclusions apply," with no list.

Who fills your prescription

No category stated

Amble states no 503A/503B category for the pharmacy that fills your prescription.

What its own site says

Not named. Product pages say medication is "dispensed by state-licensed, U.S. pharmacies" and then describe both 503A pharmacies and 503B outsourcing facilities without saying which it uses. Its Terms name one pharmacy network provider, Bask Health, Inc., in New York.

What's the difference between 503A and 503B?

A 503A pharmacy compounds for one named patient; a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved.

Where you can get it

Not published

"Available in all 50 states (exclusions apply)," with no exclusions listed. New Mexico, Kansas, West Virginia, Louisiana and Mississippi require a short video or audio visit.

The honest cons

The part they would rather you skipped

Amble's price tables are clearer than most, but they read as monthly when most of them are not. Each one is headed "Per Month": NAD+ shows $125 on a 12-month plan, glutathione $75, the GLP-1 $135 on a 6-month plan. Its Terms explain what that means at checkout: "the duration of any bulk plans are charged at the time of purchase and are non-refundable unless our Providers deem it is not medically appropriate to prescribe." Once any medication is dispensed, "no refunds or partial cancellations will be issued," a cancellation needs 15 days' notice before the next billing date, and the Terms warn that customers "who attempt to dispute charges to circumvent the 3-month commitment will be sent to collections." The month-to-month price is printed in the same table, so the choice is available — the page just never says the cheaper rows are paid up front.

  • Plan rates are labeled "Per Month" but charged in full at purchase, and are non-refundable once medication is dispensed.
  • Its Terms threaten collections for disputing charges "to circumvent the 3-month commitment."
  • Its main GLP-1 page does not name the molecule; tirzepatide is priced only on a landing page.
  • No pharmacy and no prescriber is named, and its pages describe both 503A and 503B facilities.
  • Its homepage weight-loss figures come from a member survey whose participants were paid; before-and-after images are "submitted by paid Amble affiliates."
  • The same homepage says "250,000+ patients" and "100,000+ members treated."

How it compares

Read this before you buy

A provider comparison is half the decision. The other half is whether the compound does anything for you at all — and whether it is allowed where you compete. Growth-hormone secretagogues are banned in tested sport, year-round, and a prescription does not change that.
