Big Easy's pricing page repeats the same figures with a $100 new-patient discount toggle ($499/$399 for the same 12-week packages) and "Monthly installments available" as financing beside them. Nothing on the site turns any of it into a month-to-month, no-commitment rate.

Its pharmacy disclosure is the best-documented here: six pharmacies named by company — four 503(a), two 503(b) — each carrying its own state-exclusion list rather than one blanket claim covering everything. The homepage says plainly, "We currently serve ALL 50 states." Where it falls down is the shape of the pricing, not the honesty of it. Every figure on the site is a package total: "Starting at" $599 for 12 weeks of tirzepatide, $495 for 12 weeks of semaglutide, $267 for 8 weeks of sermorelin. New patients get $100 off ($499/$399), and "installment pricing" is financing that splits the same total into payments rather than a cheaper way to buy. Nowhere does the site say what one month costs.

Each carries its own state-exclusion list too. There is no single company-wide category, which is why this review records "unknown" at the company level despite disclosure that beats every peer's.
What's the difference between 503A and 503B?
A 503A pharmacy compounds for one named patient; a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved.
