The cheapest headline number in this category is often the one with the least attached to it. Here is what BluefitMD bundles in, and what it does not.

Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved products, and a 503A pharmacy compounds for a named patient while a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not.

• FDA warning letter (MARCS-CMS 721446, Feb 20, 2026) over a mislabeled-compounder claim and FDA-approval-implying marketing language — see this review's knock for the full, independently-verified finding.
• Its own footer LegitScript seal (ID 38397132) returns HTTP 403 "Access Denied" at LegitScript's own CDN — the same failure as an invented ID.
• Its own Policies page states pricing "remains consistent regardless of dosage adjustments" — contradicted by its own checkout data, where the true tirzepatide price more than doubles by dose ($325 to $775/month), with an identical, mathematically-wrong "SAVE $X" badge shown at every dose tier.
• Both "Compounded Semaglutide" and "Compounded Tirzepatide" — the exact two products its FDA letter is about — are live links in its own primary navigation that currently 404, even though the products remain purchasable through a different checkout path.
• No comprehensive state list is published; the only document on the site stating any state scope at all (its HIPAA Privacy Policy) names just Florida and New York, contradicting its own "nationwide network" marketing language.
• No pharmacy is named by name anywhere on the site — only the 503A category, and only "a licensed pharmacy in our network."
