Its catalog changed since August: it now lists sermorelin, NAD+ and vitamin injections (B12, MICC+B12, Lipo+ and glutathione), and its compounded tirzepatide and semaglutide pages return errors. Its FAQ lists no GLP-1 at all. Sermorelin is $212 for a 6 mL vial (1 mg/mL) with a home-use kit, but the page does not say how long a vial lasts or how often you are billed. NAD+ shows "Plans starting at $199/mo*", and the footnote says that is introductory pricing on select 3-month plans; no month-to-month NAD+ price is printed. Glutathione is $125 for a 5 mL vial (5 shots). Its FAQ says plans cover the consultation, medication and shipping, and subscriptions can be paused or canceled at any time. Its About page says it works with "licensed, U.S.-based 503A pharmacies regulated by their state boards of pharmacy," and its Safety Info page repeats "Prepared by licensed U.S.-based 503A pharmacies." No pharmacy is named; prescriptions go to "a licensed pharmacy in our network, unless you request otherwise."
What's the difference between 503A and 503B?
A 503A pharmacy compounds for one named patient; a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved.

FDA reviewed its website in December 2025 and found two problems: product labels pictured on the site showed "BluefitMD" as the compounder when it is not, and lines such as "Compounded Semaglutide (the same active ingredient as Ozempic® and Wegovy®)" and "Compounded Tirzepatide (the same active ingredient as Mounjaro® & Zepbound®)" implied FDA approval. Both GLP-1 products are now gone from its catalog. What remains has its own gap: the sermorelin and glutathione prices are per vial with no supply length, and NAD+ shows only a 3-month introductory rate.
