Clinical care runs through "Lion MD," led by Dr. Ana Lisa Carr, MD and Dr. Kelly Tenbrink, MD, and its FAQ names four pharmacy partners with phone numbers — Belmar Pharmacy, Strive Pharmacy, Epiq Scripts, Casa Pharma Rx. That is the same clinical team and the same pharmacy network Care Bare Rx and Synergy Rx name, which makes all three storefronts for one operator. The states claim is clean and plain: "we service all 50 states." What holds it back is that the only price on the site is a category-wide "Starting at $199" sitting behind an intake quiz, and not one of the four named pharmacies is tied to a 503A or 503B category anywhere.

What's the difference between 503A and 503B?
A 503A pharmacy compounds for one named patient; a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved.

Belmar: CMS Case #653740, March 31, 2023, over 503A violations, closed out 10/30/2023. Strive: letter #639220, August 29, 2022, closed out 05/28/2026. Neither disqualifies Breeze Meds, and several peers here carry the same kind of finding — but Breeze Meds names both pharmacies as active partners today, so both go on the record.

- No 503A/503B category is stated for any of its four named pharmacies.
