Cora Health's meta description and homepage FAQ state "Plans from $99/month" (semaglutide, annual plan) and "$135/month on the annual Premium Plan" (tirzepatide) — 12-month prepay figures, in most placements with the "annual" qualifier left off.
What you actually pay
The plans page states a "Monthly" tier, explicitly labeled "Billed monthly," at $175/mo for semaglutide and $225/mo for tirzepatide — the real no-commitment rate. Quarterly ($145/$199), Semi-Annual ($120/$175) and Annual ($99/$135) sit beside it on the same page, each requiring the whole period paid upfront.

Its FAQ names two 503A pharmacies with detail you can actually check: Hallandale Pharmacy (PCAB-accredited, Fort Lauderdale FL, operating since 2003) and VialsRx (PCAB-accredited). Both names appear again in the page's own data. Its plans page is one of the cleanest pricing disclosures here — all four commitment tiers, both compounds, side by side, each labeled "Billed monthly" or "Billed up front." The problem is which number gets the top slot. The homepage FAQ and the site's meta description mostly advertise "Plans from $99/month," the 12-month prepay rate, without repeating that it takes $1,188 upfront. What's the difference between 503A and 503B?
A 503A pharmacy compounds for one named patient; a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved.
