The "Regular price" IS the standing, all-in monthly price — "including your provider consult, the medication if approved, and shipping. No separate consult or membership fees," per its own FAQ. No prepay-vs-standing gap was found.

What's the difference between 503A and 503B?
A 503A pharmacy compounds for one named patient; a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved.

The part they would rather you skipped
FDA wrote to Fitish on June 8, 2026 (FITISH, MARCS-CMS 728280) about the labels on its own website: "the compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide products displayed on your website identify 'FITISH' on the pictured label, suggesting FITISH is the compounder of those drugs when in fact it is not." That is the same mislabeling several peers here carry. Fitish also drew a second citation, for the claim "Tirzepatide is the active ingredient in Mounjaro® and Zepbound®," which FDA found misleading. No close-out letter exists. Separately, Fitish publishes no refund or cancellation policy for medication at all — its only "Return & Exchange Policy" covers unused merchandise from its skincare line, and says nothing about prescriptions.
