The homepage headlines "$199 to start" for tirzepatide and "$139 to start" for semaglutide injection, and its footnote calls those promotional rates on a 6-month term that renew at "the regular 6-month price" — $1,734 ($289/mo) and $1,194 ($199/mo). Its own plans page prices the same two products differently: 6 months of tirzepatide at $1,194 ($199/mo) and 6 months of semaglutide at $834 ($139/mo). The $1,194 the homepage assigns to semaglutide is the figure the plans page assigns to tirzepatide.
