A real $33M Series A, undercut by an undisclosed membership gate on its one price.
Hone Health's legal entity, funding, and BBB standing all check out independently of its own marketing. But its own sermorelin page's "$130/mo + membership" doesn't name the membership, and the page's own markup tags the product "Premium Tier" — Hone's $155/month plan — for a true $285/month standing cost, more than double the number a reader sees first.

The catch — The advertised $130/mo omits a required $155/month membership fee that is not named, only tagged, on the same page — a reader has to already know what "Premium Tier" means on Hone's site to price it correctly.

What they advertise
Hone Health's own men's and women's sermorelin pages both state "$130/mo + membership," with no membership tier named on that page.
What you actually pay
$285/month — $130 for sermorelin plus the $155/month Premium membership the page's own markup tags the product as requiring (confirmed in the page's raw HTML, not a third-party summary). NAD+ adds $165 a month and glutathione $90, each on top of that same required membership.
Money you will meet later
Hone Health (legal entity Time Therapeutics, Inc.) is a real, operating telehealth platform for hormone optimization, weight loss, and longevity, backed by a genuine $33 million Series A led by Tribe Capital and reported independently by WWD and MedCity News in January 2025 — a stronger, more independently-checkable legitimacy signal than most providers here carry. It sells genuine compounded sermorelin: both its men's and women's product pages state twice, "This is a compounded product and has not been approved by the FDA." It does not sell compounded tirzepatide — its tirzepatide offering is branded Zepbound fulfilled through LillyDirect, per its own help-center article and the complete absence of a tirzepatide URL from its own sitemap, so it is not ranked for tirzepatide at all. The sermorelin page's own headline price, "$130/mo + membership," never says which membership on that page — but the page's own rendered HTML tags the product "Premium Tier," Hone's own $155/month plan (confirmed against Hone's how-it-works page, which states the cheaper $25/month Basic tier only unlocks treatments it labels "BASIC," a label the sermorelin page does not carry). The true standing monthly cost is therefore $285, not $130. A second, related gap: the same page states "No commitments. Cancel anytime" beside the price, while Hone's own Terms of Use state, elsewhere on the site, that "any fees paid to Hone or its affiliated-medical practices are not refundable" — canceling stops future billing, but does not return money already paid, and the sermorelin page never draws that distinction for a reader who might reasonably assume it does. Independent Trustpilot review summaries corroborate the shape of this finding: "billing disputes after cancellation" is named as a recurring complaint theme, alongside broadly positive marks elsewhere (a TrustScore of 4.8 out of 5, across more than 11,000 reviews).
Hone Health appears on our sermorelin provider ranking, our NAD+ provider ranking and our Glutathione provider ranking. Nothing on this page is a performance claim.

Hone Health does not name the pharmacy that fills your prescription.
No pharmacy is named anywhere on the site. The sermorelin pages state twice that the product "is a compounded product and has not been approved by the FDA," but name no pharmacy and no 503A/503B category. The Terms of Use name the operating legal entity (Time Therapeutics, Inc.) and several affiliated medical practices, but no pharmacy.
A 503A pharmacy compounds for one named patient; a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved.
Not published for sermorelin specifically. Hone's Terms of Use hedge that access is "limited exclusively to users located in States within the United States where the Services are available," with no list given. A July 2025 press release confirms Hone Health took its separate TRT (testosterone) program nationwide, but that announcement does not mention sermorelin or weight-loss treatments.
The part they would rather you skipped
The sermorelin page's own headline, "$130/mo + membership," does not say which membership on that page — a reader has to know, or go find out, that the product is tagged "Premium Tier" in the page's own markup before they can price it correctly. Once followed through, the true cost is $285/month: more than double the number displayed first. The same page states "No commitments. Cancel anytime" directly beside that incomplete price, while Hone's own Terms of Use state elsewhere that fees already paid are non-refundable — a genuine, if narrower, gap between what "cancel anytime" implies and what it actually delivers.
None of this is unique to Hone Health — the whole category shares it.

A provider comparison is half the decision. The other half is whether the compound does anything for you at all — and whether it is allowed where you compete. Growth-hormone secretagogues are banned in tested sport, year-round, and a prescription does not change that.
