It sells genuine compounded sermorelin: both its men's and women's product pages state twice, "This is a compounded product and has not been approved by the FDA." It does not sell compounded tirzepatide — its tirzepatide offering is branded Zepbound fulfilled through LillyDirect, per its own help-center article and the complete absence of a tirzepatide URL from its own sitemap, so it is not ranked for tirzepatide at all. The Terms of Use name the operating legal entity (Time Therapeutics, Inc.) and several affiliated medical practices, but no pharmacy.
What's the difference between 503A and 503B?
A 503A pharmacy compounds for one named patient; a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved.
