It sells genuine compounded sermorelin: both its men's and women's product pages state twice, "This is a compounded product and has not been approved by the FDA." It does not sell compounded tirzepatide — its tirzepatide offering is branded Zepbound fulfilled through LillyDirect, per its own help-center article and the complete absence of a tirzepatide URL from its own sitemap, so it carries no row on this site's tirzepatide board at all.
