Provider review
Names its pharmacy AND its 503A category in one sentence — rare here.
Jently's own tirzepatide and sermorelin pages both state, "Medications are physically compounded by Precision Compounding Pharmacy (2640 Merrick Road, Bellmore, NY 11710), a state-licensed 503A compounding pharmacy" — pharmacy and category in the same sentence, then discloses the real month-to-month price on the same page as its prepay discounts.

This review's stake, stated plainly — some of the outbound links on this site are affiliate links; start a program through one and we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Straight about the rest, too: the write-ups say what each provider is actually worth, and a commission does not change a word of them. Full disclosure here.

What they advertise
Jently's own tirzepatide page states, under "MONTHLY RETAIL PRICE": "Month to Month Purchase ... $259" — disclosed on the same page as its 3/6/12-month prepay tiers ($205.67/$185.67/$174.00 per month).
What you actually pay
$259/month is the same figure Jently itself labels the true month-to-month rate — there is no different number elsewhere for a no-commitment purchase. Semaglutide and sermorelin are both $199 a month, on the same month-to-month terms.
Money you will meet later
Jently (jently.com) sells compounded tirzepatide, compounded semaglutide, and compounded sermorelin, all fulfilled through one named, 503A-categorized pharmacy. Its own "MONTHLY RETAIL PRICE" figure — the true no-commitment rate — is disclosed on the exact same page as its 3/6/12-month prepay tiers, rather than hidden behind a quiz. What costs you here is the price, not the honesty: the real month-to-month rate runs 49-67% higher than the 12-month prepay tier shown right beside it.
Jently appears on our sermorelin provider ranking, our tirzepatide provider ranking, our semaglutide provider ranking and our combined weight loss injections ranking. Nothing on this page is a performance claim.

Jently names the pharmacy that fills your prescription.
503A, named directly. Its own tirzepatide and sermorelin pages both state, "Medications are physically compounded by Precision Compounding Pharmacy (2640 Merrick Road, Bellmore, NY 11710), a state-licensed 503A compounding pharmacy."
A 503A pharmacy compounds for one named patient; a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved.
Not confirmed. No explicit states-served or states-excluded list was found.
The part they would rather you skipped
Jently's own price table shows the real, no-commitment month-to-month rate running meaningfully higher than its prepay tiers on the same page — $259 a month paid month-to-month, versus $174.00/month on a 12-month prepay, a 49% premium for not committing — and its refund window is narrow: requests must be submitted within 24 hours of ordering and before a prescription is dispensed, per its own Refund & Cancellation Policy.
None of this is unique to Jently — the whole category shares it.

A provider comparison is half the decision. The other half is whether the compound does anything for you at all — and whether it is allowed where you compete. Growth-hormone secretagogues are banned in tested sport, year-round, and a prescription does not change that.
