MintRx's own footer names a specific dispensing pharmacy via a BBB Business Review seal — "Medmetrics Compounding Pharmacy" (Chandler, AZ) — plus a LegitScript seal (ID 1056826, confirmed against LegitScript's own registry) — but neither "503A" nor "503B" is stated anywhere on the site checked.
What's the difference between 503A and 503B?
A 503A pharmacy compounds for one named patient; a 503B outsourcing facility manufactures in batches under CGMP. Neither is a quality guarantee on its own — a named facility is simply a fact you can check, and an unnamed “partner pharmacy network” is not. Compounded peptides are not FDA-approved.

Its own live Contact page also names a UK office address ("2281 New Way Street, London, United Kingdom") on an otherwise entirely US-facing site (US state dropdown, US phone numbers, US pharmacy) — a discrepancy the site never explains. FDA has issued no warning letter to MintRx.

- No 503A/503B category is stated anywhere on the site, despite naming its pharmacy.
